Structures for the worship of the Egyptian God Isis are identified in the surroundings of the Roman Theater of Itálica

The Theater of Itálica, a Roman city founded by Publio Cornelio Escipión ´The African´, was built between 30 and 37 a.D. During the new excavations and research promoted by the Consejería de Cultura in the surroundings of the theater, a “religious area” from the original building was uncovered.
